Privacy Policy

This notice explains how Cargo Service Assistance Kft. handles the personal data you provide on the godolloautomentes.hu website and when ordering by phone, in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This is a translation of our Hungarian privacy policy; in case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

Data controller

What data do we process?

  • Quote request and contact form: name, phone number, email address and the details given in the message (for example the vehicle and the location).
  • Orders by phone: name, phone number, vehicle details, the pickup location and the delivery address.
  • Invoicing: the data that must by law appear on the invoice.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data to prepare a quote, to carry out the towing or transport and to keep in contact with you (on the basis of performing the contract or your consent). We keep invoicing data as required by accounting law. We do not sell the data and do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

How long do we keep the data?

We keep quote request data until the case is closed, for a maximum of 1 year, and invoicing data for the period required by law (8 years).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction, deletion or the restriction of its processing, and you may object to the processing. Please send your request to cargoservice@godolloautomentes.hu. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).

Protection against click fraud

If you arrive on the site by clicking one of our Google ads, we record your IP address, browser type, the time of the visit, the ad click identifier, and whether you started a call or sent a message. The purpose is to filter out deliberate, invalid clicks on our ads and to exclude the IP addresses concerned from our advertising. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We store this data without cookies, on our own hosting, do not pass it on to third parties, and delete it automatically after 90 days.

Cookies

The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work. We only use analytics or advertising cookies with your consent: if you accept, Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures whether people who click our ads call us, and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) produces pseudonymised statistics on site traffic (pages viewed, traffic source, device type). You can withdraw your consent by clearing your browser data.
